Drunk dinosaurs are always a good time.

It is 6:05am and I am sitting here writing this post while I figure out if I am a) hungover; b) still drunk; or c)good to go.  Part of me thinks that I should regret the 4 bottles of wine that I shared with D last night, and the other part is laughing at how awesome it is to be able to have that much fun and still wake up on time to run with dinosaurs.  (Side note:  I didn't have a CLUE why my alarm was going off this morning)
Off I go to run with dinosaurs and bring home a wicked cool medal!  
I should make some coffee....

So we did something fun!

So we did something super fun and scary last spring... we decided to move to our lake cabin full time !  Ahhh!  It's been very trying and very exciting and I think we're actually settled in out here.  Also, HI!  I know it's only been a short while since I posted last...errr...ok, it's been a year and a half, but priorities, right? So, yeah, downsizing...haha!  In 2 years, we've gone from 3800 square feet of living space to about... 750.  And, you know what? Feel the burn.

B is no longer for beer and I'm sad   I really should have thought this theme through a little bit more.  Words that start with B and are relative to my "commit to fit" challenge aren't the easiest to come by.  I've decided to go with " burn "  because I am already feeling it!! On Saturday I decided to terrorize exercise my core and upper body after my run.  DOMS set in late on Sunday and after an intense work out tonight, I dread laughing.    My commit to be fit challenge will include 3-4 strength training sessions per week in addition to my half marathon training program.  It's time to feel the burn !  Can you feel it?
